A family funeral director, here when you need us
Who we are, how the firm started, and who will actually arrange and conduct the funeral.

Gavin Reynolds owns the business and personally conducts funerals. As an independent family funeral directors, we believe families should know who they are dealing with and feel confident that they will be looked after with care and respect.
From your first conversation with us to the day of the funeral, we aim to provide a personal, consistent service. Wherever possible, the same funeral director will guide you through the arrangements and be there to support you on the day itself.
How the firm started
Gavin’s introduction to the funeral profession began when he was fourteen, after his older sister started training as an embalmer. Curious about her work, he began asking questions and learning about the profession.
At twenty, he joined the industry as a casual driver and bearer. After spending several years working outside the profession, he returned to develop his experience further, learning the mortuary and administrative sides of funeral care.
That experience helped shape the personal approach at the heart of our business today: treating every person who comes into our care with dignity, and every family with compassion.
